The ProQual Level 3 Award in Education and Training qualification provides a nationally recognised qualification for those working in a teaching or training role, developing their understanding of their role and responsibilities, as well as teaching and learning approaches to meet the needs of all learners

Qualification Overview

This qualification is competence-based, candidates must demonstrate the level of competence described in the units. Assessment is the process of measuring a candidate’s skill, knowledge and understanding against the standards set in the qualification. This qualification must be internally assessed by an appropriately experienced and qualified assessor. Each candidate is required to produce a portfolio of evidence which demonstrates their achievement of all of the learning outcomes and assessment criteria for each unit.

• Observation report by assessor 
• Assignments/projects/reports
• Professional discussion
• Witness testimony
• Candidate product
• Worksheets
• Record of oral and written questioning
• Recognition of Prior Learning

This is people who have want to become qualified so that they can deliver training in house for their employer.  It is also appropriate for anyone intending to work as a trainer in the future.

Candidates will receive a ProQual certificate
