'Your Health is your wealth' is a term we all know. Making healthy choices are not only important for your physical health but your mental health too.
We wanted to make sure our IOSH Managing Safely Students got 1 of their 5 a day!
Making a healthy change doesn't need to be complicated, it can be as easy as 1, 2, 3.
1. Drink a glass of water when you wake up.
2. Include a piece of fruit with your breakfast.
3. Walk an extra 1000 steps a day.
